Since the restaurant, founded by Anton Karall in 1935, was taken over by his daughter Inge Haas in 1968, it has been called “Haas Beisl”. From 1990 it was managed in the third generation by Georg Haas jun. and sold in 2012 to Christian Tischler (previously chef de cuisine at the Schwarzer Adler) and to restaurateur Gerald Schedl. Christian Tischler and his team have been running the traditional Viennese inn since January 2023.
Traditionally, we continue to feel committed to Viennese cuisine and, in addition to some well-known classics, we also offer an extensive range of offal. Our offer is completed by drinks with and without alcohol, whereby we also attach great importance to an exquisite wine list and cultivated beer culture.

Monday to Saturday from 11.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. (kitchen from 11.30 a.m. to 9.45 p.m.)
Sundays and public holidays from 11.30 a.m. to 9.00 p.m. (kitchen from 11.45 a.m. to 8.30 p.m.)
